AirlineSim puts you in the position of an airline manager who has to take care of all the tasks that need to be tackled when running an aviation enterprise...no matter whether it's a small regional carrier or a global, transcontinental airline. But one aspect has been missing so far: Keeping your staff happy!
This is about to change: With the latest patch we introduced a feature which tells you about the mood of your employees. This is dependent on their paychecks, of course: Pay lower wages than the competition and your staff will get grumpy. Pay above average and they'll reward you with higher motivation and less strikes.
To allow for an adaption to the new mood feature, consequences like strikes and influence on service quality haven't been implemented yet, so every player will have plenty of time to get accustomed to the new situation and to adjust salaries. The missing parts of the puzzle wil follow one after the other with future patches, the first ones probably already in late October or early November.
A list of all the other changes of this patch can be found on the AirlineSim website. Also keep in mind that a new game world is about to be launched some time over the coming weeks, so stay tuned!
