With the Browser Game of the Year Award 2009 the most outstanding online game-releases of the year will be awarded by by the independent browser games portal GalaxyNews. With growing popularity in recent years, the award evolved to become the most important award for browser based games.
On the successful approach of previous years will be retained. An expert panel decides together with the players of browser games on the winners in over a dozen of categories. The announcement of the winners will take place as usual at the beginning of the new year.
